- Sport Farm Rules (Appendix)
A new rule was added to the rule book as of 03.06.11 with referance to:- Misconduct. The committee will fine any member or members for misconduct i.e. £250 for the first incident, £500 for a second incident £1000 for any further breech of misconduct. The fine increases by 100% for every incident and unless payment is recieved by the SWTPA, the member or members concerned will not be able to attemd any further pulls. In the event of any damage being caused to a third party's property the damage must be fully reimbursed by the offender within 14 days of the incident occurring. The committees decision is final with no consideration for reimbursement of fees paid by the member or members involved. If the incident concerns a committee member they would have to stand down fromthe decision relating to that incident.

Two new classes
The SWTPA AGM voted to create two new classes specifically aimed at significantly reducing the cost of Pulling by introducing an 'entry level' in two different categories: -
- Tractors - Sport Farm Class, based on the current Super Farm rules, with the exception of being able to run cast iron clutch and flywheel, a limit on turbo size and limited to 2,800 rpm. The turbo orifice cannot exceed 55mm however there is no limit on engine size (which must be the original unit fitted to that model) and the tractor with driver can weigh up tp 4 tons. ALL other rules will be exactly the same as Super Farm.
- Trucks - Under 12.0-litre Truck Class, the idea being an older truck with a smaller engine would be cheaper to purchase than a larger one. All other rules would be the same as the standard Truck Class.
